This Privacy Notice for KO China Business Events and the supplementary privacy notice provided to you for the specific event (collectively “Privacy Notice”) are intended to explain how we collect and process your personal information, as well as the rights you have as a personal information subject. If you choose not to provide the relevant information or do not agree to our collection and processing of such information, you may not be able to participate in the relevant events.

I. Why Do We Collect and Process Your Personal Information?
During the process of your registration, participation in commercial meetings or marketing events organized by us, or interaction with us, we may collect and process your personal information based on the specific needs of the events, primarily for the following purposes:
• Event registration and organization: We need to collect your necessary personal information to help you successfully register for the events organized by us and to provide you with a more comfortable experience (such as customizing name badges and arranging catering).
• Event participation and management: To assist you with check-in and participation in the events, to keep records or promote the events, and to help us improve the quality of our services, we need to collect necessary personal information. If you win a prize during the event, we may collect your contact information (such as name, phone number, and mailing address) to verify your identity and arrange for the delivery of the prize.
• Marketing and research: In specific events, we may collect your personal information for brand promotion, experience optimization, and improvement of product and service quality.
• Compliance with legal requirements: In some events, for business interactions, we may need to collect and verify necessary information from specific individuals (such as customer or supplier contacts) to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We only collect and process the personal information necessary for the events you participate in. • Event registration and organization
o To help you successfully register for the events we organize, we may collect your basic personal information (including name, gender, phone number, email address) and work information (including company name, work address, job position) so that we can send meeting invitations, set up online/offline meetings, book event venues, customize name badges, organize travel and accommodation reservations, and send you event-related information.
o To provide you with a more comfortable event experience during the registration process, we may collect your gender, flight information, dietary preferences or special restrictions (such as allergy information), check-in and check-out times, so that we can coordinate relevant meeting arrangements or provide services that meet your needs and preferences. If you voluntarily provide us with your health-related information to obtain special services (such as wheelchair services), we may process your relevant health information based on your authorization.
• Event participation and management
o When you enter the venue to participate in the event or check in, to confirm your eligibility to participate in the event and ensure the personal safety of you and other attendees, we may collect your name, phone number, ID number or passport number, to verify your identity.
o If you participate in a lottery and win a prize, we may collect your name, phone number, and mailing address to verify your identity and arrange for the delivery of the prize (such as shipping the prize to you). If there are special real-name or other regulatory requirements for claiming the prize, we may collect your identity information (ID number or passport number) or other information to complete the prize distribution.
o During the event, we may take photographs or record videos or audio of the event, which may include photos and videos of your participation in the event. Please be aware that the aforementioned information is only used for the purpose of recording or promoting the event.
o We may also collect feedback and suggestions you share with us so that we can continuously improve the quality of our products and services based on your valuable opinions.
• Marketing and research
With your consent, for the purpose of brand promotion, we may collect your phone number, email address, company name, job position, and information about the products or services you are interested in, so that we can recommend our products and services to you based on your needs. In addition, we may use the above personal information to invite you to participate in market research or satisfaction surveys.
• Compliance with legal requirements
For business interactions and to advance negotiation and cooperation, we may need to collect your name, phone number, company name, work address, and job position to verify your identity and fulfill the compliance requirements under applicable laws and regulations.
Please be aware that among the personal information we collect, your specific information, such as ID number and passport number, may be regarded as sensitive personal information. Our business events are intended for adults only, and we have no intention of collecting any personal information of minors. Please do not provide us with any personal information of minors when participating in our activities or using our services. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information of minors without prior parental or guardian consent, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
III. How Do We Store Your Personal Information?
We store your personal information only for the duration permitted under applicable laws and regulations, and for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
We will take appropriate and feasible technical and management measures to ensure the security of personal information during storage. Once the retention period has expired, your personal information will be promptly deleted or anonymized, unless applicable laws and regulations permit us to retain your personal information for a longer period.

For example, if you participate in a lottery at the event and win a prize, we will share your name, phone number, and delivery address with the logistics and courier service provider to facilitate the delivery of the prize to you. These third parties may engage in activities such as storing, using, processing, providing, and deleting your relevant personal information.
If we need to transfer your personal information due to reasons such as merger, division, dissolution, or declaration of bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name and contact details of the recipient and require the recipient to continue to fulfill the obligations related to the protection of personal information. We will also seek your consent again in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
Additionally, based on legal provisions or mandatory requirements from judicial or administrative authorities, we may disclose your personal information to the competent authorities.

Welcome to participate in the 2026 "From Silver to Gold" CBL System Conference, hosted by Coca-Cola Beverages (Shanghai) Company Limited (hereinafter “we” or “us”), which will be held offline in Changsha in April 2026. This Supplementary Notice is intended to inform you of the scope of collecting and sharing personal information necessary for this event, as a supplement to the Privacy Notice for KO China Business Events.
For this event, we will collect and process the following personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice:
• To facilitate your successful registration for the event, send you event-related information and provide you with a more comfortable event experience, we may need to collect your name, mobile phone number and email address;
• For the purpose of recording or promoting the event, we may take photographs or record videos or audio of the event, which may include photos and videos of your participation in the event.
At the same time, for the purposes of providing event and other related services, we need to share the personal information you provide with our event service providers – VOK DAMS Consulting (Beijing) Co., LTD, and the hotel that provides accommodation services for you for the processing of personal information, including storage, use, processing, provision, and deletion, so that they can provide better services for the event. Our processing and sharing will be limited to the purposes of 2026 "From Silver to Gold" CBL System Conference and will comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Please note that since your personal information will be stored and deleted as described in the Privacy Notice, if you need to participate in the event again or use the relevant event system in the future, you may need to register again and provide your personal information.
